110-300-0165(2)(a) Licensor observed multiple hazards in the licensed rooms being used as storage that could pose a choking, aspiration or ingestion risk to small children. 110-300-0165(2)(c) Licensor observed many radio cords, sound machine cords and laptop cords in a different rooms throughout the facility. 110-300-0165(2)(d) Licensor observed many plastic bags and suffocation hazards in the rooms being used for storage and in pre-k room. 110-300-0165(2)(c) Licensor observed broken equitment and material hazards to children in the licesned space being used for storage.
